Ordering
HOW TO ORDER ONLINE: You will need to sign up for a customer account here. Simply click the ‘add to cart’ button on the product you would like to purchase. The product will then be added to your shopping cart. To check what’s in your shopping cart click on your shopping cart which is always located in the top left hand corner of the screen. If you would like to remove any product from your shopping basket select the tick box next to the item and click the remove button or if you happy with the items in your shopping cart click the checkout button within your shopping cart. You will then be guided through the checkout procedure from the shopping cart page.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day of purchase. Charges for standard delivery (second class post) to the UK via Royal Mail:
Purchases up to 40 pound; only £2.50
Purchases over 40 pound; FREE
PLEASE NOTE: If you order a large quantity of products such as shampoos, or conditioners, your order will be dispatched by DHL Express Delivery which will usually require a signature on delivery. This service takes 1-2 working days to deliver
Payment
ORDERING ONLINE - PAYMENT : we accept payment online by credit/debit card or paypal. All of our online credit card transactions are processed securely by Paypal using state of the art security systems that provide the highest level data encryption commercially available (Please note you do not need to have an existing paypal account or need to create a seperate paypal account to shop with us). We at The Natural Beauty Shop never get to see your credit card details from paypal and they are not stored anywhere on our own system. We also accept payment by Cheque.Please note if paying by cheque, your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Cancellations
We aim to dispatch your items within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and we will notify you whether or not this will be possible; your order may already have been sent out.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item exclusive of any delivery costs. Please note: We can not accept the return of opened items, all items must be unopened with seals intact.
